Terms of Service

Welcome to Nora Agents! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at www.noraagents.com and the custom AI assistant development and hosting services we provide.

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

1. AI Development and Setup Services

For each subscription tier, a one-time non-refundable setup fee of $300 is charged. Under this setup service, we configure your AI chat agent with your business information, services, hours, and integration requirements within 24 hours. The subscriber must cooperate in a timely manner by providing the necessary knowledge base materials and business parameters.

2. Billing, Stripe Subscriptions, and Cancellation

• Subscription Tiers: We offer Starter ($129/mo), Professional ($249/mo), and Premium ($449/mo) plans.
• 7-Day Free Trial: Subscriptions start with a 7-day trial. During checkout via Stripe, you must provide valid payment details. You will not be billed the monthly subscription fee until the trial period expires.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time prior to the end of the trial period or during your active billing cycle through your customer dashboard on app.noraagents.com or by contacting support. No further subscription fees will be charged after cancellation.
• Refunds: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. One-time setup fees ($300) cover manual labor and configuration hours and are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Service SLA and Limitations

We host our AI agents on stable cloud infrastructures with the aim of providing maximum uptime. However, since the AI responses are generated using external large language model APIs (e.g. OpenAI via Stammer.ai's white-label API), we are not responsible for occasional service interruptions, delay in messages, or hallucinated AI responses. You agree to review and train your AI agent to optimize its responses.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to configure your AI agent or use our platform for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to:

• Generating malicious, abusive, defamatory, or hateful content.
• Impersonating medical professionals, financial advisors, or legal entities without proper authorization or required disclosures.
• Collecting highly sensitive information (e.g., social security numbers, full medical health records, direct banking credentials) through chatbot dialogues.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nora Agents, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the AI agents or services.
